RADIAL SETTING HEAD SYSTEM
This system is using the pressure balancing of the pneumatic servo and the power boosting function of hydraulic pressure. The elastically deformed setting head is the correction movement is performed in micron units. This type is standard model of tool correction system for special purpose machine. We are proud of the reliability of this product which produced actual results for decades.
MEMBRANE SETTING HEAD
Membrane setting head is Pivot type elastic deformation compensation head . It is a head that is suitable for high-speed machining because it has a structure that is essentially free of backlash, has little effect of stick slip, and suppresses displacement of the center of gravity. This system is air/hydraulic type correction system that controls air pressure with high precision and has high proportionality. It makes correction movement in micron units possible.

Hydraulic direct control correction system
There are two types, one with a dedicated hydraulic unit and one with a large capacity pneumatic cylinder. This system directly controls the hydraulic pressure using a servo valve. This is closed loop system that detects the output hydraulic pressure with a pressure sensor. Plus/minus movement control is possible, and taper boring is also available
Push button type ATC mechanical setting head PB-1
By pressing the plus/minus push button part built into the main body, tool correction movement is performed in micron units. It is a completely mechanical setting head with its own slide mechanism. Since it is a quantitative correction, the operation amount can be changed by the number of times it is pressed. Anyone can easily make micron-level adjustments.
Push button type ATC setting head Zeta (ζ)-1
It is a head that performs tool correction movement in micron units by lightly pressing the push button built in the holder body. It can be used with standard general-purpose machines without the need for a dedicated controller. If you install a pushing unit (push rod) inside the machine, automatic correction is also possible. It makes not only labor saving but also automation and unmanned operation possible.
Push button type ATC setting head Zeta (ζ)-2
Best design for high-speed rotation due to the opposed deformation by the original oval rigid elastic body. This setting head has high rigidity and large damping-ratio properties to be used for machining large diameters, such as cylinder bores. We have many achievements in fine-boring of equal diameter cylindrical holes. Not only can the time for manual diameter adjustment in micron units be shortened, but it can also be used as an automatic tool correction head for edge wear.
Multi-edged setting head using the NC S-axis
Tool correction setting head with retract function that enables multi-edge arrangement for efficient machining and longer cutting edge life . By using the S axis function of the NC axis, you can change the amount of tool correction. There is also a variation of the direct-moving S-axis setting head without the simplified retract function.
Pneumo - hydraulic (P/H) ATC setting head
This is a tool correction setting head that can be used in general-purpose machines that utilize the elastic deformation of a rigid elastic body by hydraulically converting the controlled pneumatic pressure. It is used in combination with a dedicated correction control unit. Not only manually, but also when combined with a measuring system, automatic wear correction can be applied.
Type 3923-9575 (External I/P Type)
It is used as a set with the pneumatic/hydraulic type correction holder. It is our standard product, dedicated control unit for controlling the pneumatic precision proportional control valve. To change the correction amount, simply change the digital value with the plus/minus buttons. It operates automatically by the signal input linked with the machine's feed unit. Automatic correction is possible by combining with measuring instrument.
Type TC 400 (External I/P Type)
It is used as a set with the pneumatic/hydraulic correction holder. It is a pneumatic controller for using the multiple pneumatic/hydraulic type correction holders on ATC-capable general purpose machines (Machining center). Since it has 8 channels, it is possible to individually control maximum 8 correction holders with the different parameters. By specifying the channel of the selected holder, each holder can be controlled with its own setting.
Type TC 60X (Control unit for hydraulic direct control)
Dedicated correction control unit for hydraulic direct control correction system (Special purpose machine). It controls the special hydraulic servo valve. It is possible to machine not only a simple straight through hole but also plus/minus taper shapes with this system. It controls the hydraulic pressure directly with closed loop system.
Type TC 700 (For functional holder control using pneumatic pressure)
Complex type control unit enable to control all by itself a variety of functional holders (Correction holder, air micro measuring, pneumatic type ATC honing ). The designated controllers for each functional holder become unnecessary, when consolidating the processes in a single machining center.
